Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RuraLink platform, website, applications, content, and related services. By accessing or using RuraLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Marketplace Overview
RuraLink is a healthcare workforce marketplace that helps healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals connect through direct contract opportunities.
Important Notice
RuraLink is not a staffing agency, employer, healthcare provider, payroll provider, recruiting firm, or party to agreements entered into between healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform. Healthcare professionals are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, certifications, registrations, and legal authority necessary to provide healthcare services.
User Accounts
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted through it.
Subscriptions & Fees
Healthcare Professionals
$150 per month
Healthcare Organizations
$200 per active placement per month
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted to hello@ruralink.net.
Independent Contractor Status
Healthcare professionals using RuraLink operate independently and are not employees of RuraLink. Users are solely responsible for taxes, business formation, licensing, insurance, credential maintenance, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the Platform, provide false information, interfere with platform operations, violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuraLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to RuraLink during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
RuraLink may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or actions that create risk to users or the Platform.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
